Third Army Moves Mine Resistant Vehicles to Afghanistan
KABUL, Afghanistan – Third Army has shipped over 1,000 vehicles to Afghanistan, since the President’s announcement to increase forces there. Approximately 350 vehicles are in transit with 650 on the ground at Kandahar and Bagram, ready for issue to troops deploying to Afghanistan as part of the build-up.
