Folks, I received the following email from a United States Army Special Forces NCO, combat veteran and American citizen. This gentleman responded to me personally about the article posted on these pages titled: Questions About the ‘Violence’ at the Tea Party and more specifically the recent reports released by The Department of Homeland Security insulting some of the finest people to ever put on a uniform to protect our country.
This is change?

Things are surely heating up. I am still in total disbelief that I’m now potentially a target to be watched as opposed to fanatical Muslims terrorists. Janet Napolitano is truly scary. Don’t you love how Bush was shredding the constitution with the so called unwarranted wire tapping, which was just 5 months ago and the unthinkable intrusion by the federal government into the ‘average citizens’ life? Yet now the government is taking over entire industries, firing CEO’s, regulating pay and looking to nationalize the health-care system? Where is the outrage? How about the CNN reporter getting in that guys face telling him he’ll receive $400 extra from the gov’t? That was one of the most atrocious pieces of so called journalism I’ve ever seen. The mockery they are making of conservatives who dare to speak out against the almighty federal government is disgusting and especially hypocritical from those who so recently declared dissent to be patriotic! I feel like we are really losing the cultural battle to the left.
