Oklahoma = Sanctuary State

We live (exist) in Tulsa Oklahoma. We moved here from So. California 15 years ago. Our business has dropped 75% in the past 5 years. We do drywall and painting. Everybody was so thrilled about the new bill that promises Oklahoma will be a great state enforcing immigration laws. Bull. Even before this article was posted in the Tulsa World this week I was told on good authority AND a police officer refused, to check the status of my neighbors teenager that jumped his fence and chased me in my house and was beating on my door. All this because I asked him AGAIN (a year of this) if they could please stop their 4 dogs from barking). I live in a good area but will be selling a.s.a.p. before my property values drop further.

Anyway, I wish someone would post a video on what has happened here this week. I don’t have a video camera and people need to start passing on the truth about what is REALLY happening here in Oklahoma. Channel 5 carried the story tonite and only covered the hispanic side of it. I’m 50 and don’t know what we will do if we cannot get work anymore. As it is we are working for illegal immigrant wages and have lost our physical business and work van. We can barely put food on the table and live disconnect notice to disconnect notice. Thanks for listening,

Absolutely feel free to post my comments. I find myself deeper and deeper in the fight against illegal immigration. I checked out your Son’s website and added it to favorites. Here is a thread I started last night on AOL Immigration Debate discussion board. We all need to fight this and I think your Son is doing a wonderful job on his site. I’ve added the site to my favorites and will pass it on.

If I jump over the wall at an exclusive country club and give birth, does that make my child an automatic member that can eventually sponser me?

Having a baby in this country should have never been grounds for citizenship. I know that this was not the intent of the original amendment. I heard the story once on “why” this was originally done, but it did NOT mean an open invitation to every third world criminal and their pregnant family members to come on over and move in. The laws and constitution have been so grossly manipulated that they favor criminal behavior AND work against legal, law abiding citizens. I’m not talking about the burglar that climbs up on your roof and trys to gain access to your home through the skylight and woops! He falls through and lands on a knife in the kitchen then sues the homeowner for his injuries and wins! No, illegals are filing suit over “their” constitutional rights in this country. HB1804 that was passed in Oklahoma last November is being held up by the Federal Government because, yes you guessed it, it may be unconstitutional! How can illegal immigrants have constitutional rights without citizenship? I don’t know of any other country that you can sue if you are not a citizen. Every other institution in the US requires you to be a member before you receive benefits. None of this makes sense. Could someone explain it to me?
