If America doesn’t soon learn how scary Barack Obama could be as President, we will all be in trouble, and it will be too late.

This man is dangerous and the mainstream media has fallen in love with him. They will not tell you any negatives about him.

This is not about race. This is not about black, white, yellow, green or blue. This is about the man himself.

This is the first in a series that libnot.com will be writing on some of the scarier prospects that Barack Obama will bring to the table if he wins in November.

First up: How Obama would appoint Judges, including Supreme Court Justices.

Jonah Goldberg has written a great article over National Review on this subject.

Here is a direct quote on what criteria Barack Obama has for choosing a judge:

“We need somebody who’s got the heart, the empathy, to recognize what it’s like to be a young teenage mom, the empathy to understand what it’s like to be poor or African-American or gay or disabled or old — and that’s the criteria by which I’ll be selecting my judges.”

Now, if that does not scare you, I do not know what will. A judge is appointed to uphold the law. Not make law based on “empathy”. A judge should not care if you are poor, African-America, gay or disabled. He is there to uphold the law. That’s it.

Here is part of the oath a Supreme Court Justice takes when being sworn in:

“solemnly swear that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent on me as a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States under the Constitution and laws of the United States, so help me God.”

Rich AND poor. Black AND white. Gay AND straight. Etc. Uphold the law. Don’t make the law. That’s what Congress is for.

America, wake up before it’s too late. This man is dangerous. Very dangerous.
