Hillary goes green - lists 10 things Americans can do to stop global warming on her website

Well, I guess we should have expected this a little sooner. Hillary has gotten up on her global warming hoax soapbox and is now listing 10 ways in which YOU can help save the environment. Of course, the 10 steps do not include anything that Hillary will personally do to “save” the environment.
Here are a few of the 10 steps:

1. Buy energy efficient appliances - Oh sure, regular people should just rip out their kitchens and go buy new appliances!
2. Make your house energy efficient - See above
3. Reduce waste - Everyone should just stop eating less - I’m surprised she didn’t think of that. That would solve two issues - global warming and obesity!
4. Switch to energy generated by renewable sources, like wind and solar. - Again, what does she think? People just have the extra money laying around to just go out and buy a windmill or solar panels and install them onto their houses? Maybe if the Democrats didn’t tax Americans that much, they would be willing to do things like that. But, that’s just fantasy!
5. Love this one - Use less air conditioning. - Oh, I’m sure Mrs. Clinton would be willing to use LESS air conditioning. That’s the last thing she would do. She needs to be cool, so her big bad legendary temper doesn’t get out of control!

That’s just a few. If you want a good laugh, check out her webpage on this nonsense.

Once again, I will state that I have no problem with pointing out ways to help personally save money by doing some “environmentally” sound things. However, when people like Hillary Clinton start throwing this nonsense out there, I Just can’t take it! She would be the last person on the planet to do this stuff, because, as we all know, she is MUCH better than us, the “regular” people.

As a great article on CSNews.com points out, Hillary has some credibility issues when it comes to the environment:

The Clintons reportedly own two homes. The first is an 11-room white colonial in Chappaqua, N.Y. with a swimming pool, and an exercise room on the top floor. The second, a brick house near Embassy Row in Washington, D.C., also has a pool, along with a den, and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

Additionally, according to the New York Post, Clinton once traveled in three different private jets in a single day in May - a Gulfstream II, a Gulfstream III, and a Hawker 800. A Gulfstream III jet emits 10,078 pounds of carbon dioxide into the air per hour while a Hawker 800 measures up at 4,149 pounds per hour, according to estimates by TerraPass.

By comparison, the average American generates approximately 15,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per year.

“There are two ways to look at this,” Horner said. “I choose the simplest one and the one that is probably less denigrating to the occupant of the plane: They don’t believe what they say.”

The other option was that Clinton was a “raging hypocrite,” he added.

So, please Democrats and Hillary, spare me the “sky is falling” environmental garbage and don’t raise taxes and maybe people would be willing to some things that would both save us money and help out at the same time.

But, that will never happen, as there has never been a tax hike that a Democrat didn’t like.
