What in God’s name is going on in this country? New York Governor Spitzer has ordered New York State DMV officials to start giving illegal immigrants drivers license’s!!

Let me repeat: New York State is going to start issuing drivers licenses to people who who are in this country ILLEGALLY!

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer has started a major political fight over immigration by ordering state officials to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, prompting at least one county legislature to defy the executive order and pushing toward a showdown in court.

This fight has been going on for a few weeks in New York, but, now, it seems as if this going to actually happen. Spitzer is pushing this through without any regard to the citizens of New York State. A recent Siena college poll suggests that Spitzer is WAY off on this with New Yorkers.

Seventy-two percent of voters in Monday’s Siena College poll said they were opposed to “the governor’s plan to allow undocumented immigrants to get New York driver’s licenses.” Twenty-two percent of those polled supported the plan of the once widely popular governor, according to the Siena Research Institute.

This is just another case of a liberal wacko going to the mat for illegal immigrants to get their votes. They have no other ideas, so, the liberals work on the people who are here ILLEGALLY!

It’s like the old days of Tameny Hall. Exchanging food for votes. Next thing you know, they will try and get illegal immigrants to vote.

Just by being counted in the census, illegals give political power to special groups. Many illegals fraudulently vote anyway and there is strong evidence that some key elections have been upset by illegal voters. Politicians represent the “people” even if those people are illegal aliens. Since the number of representatives in congress is fixed, any increase in population in California, for example, due to illegal immigration will require more representation for that group while taking away representation from people in other states. Most politicians that represent areas of large illegal population, vote in the interest of illegal aliens since they are the ones they represent.

So, what does that tell you? We, the United States citizens are being sold out by politicians who are only interested in their own power. It’s not just the Democrats either. There are plenty of Republicans out there that are selling us out too! Pathetic that we vote these people into office. It’s our own fault. If we do not change our elected officials, we will lose big time. Look at what happened to the Roman Empire.
