John Bolton on the Israeli Airstrike on Syria

by LibNOT_jr on September 17, 2007

Great analysis as usual from the former U.S. Ambassador. He’s commenting on the recent airstrike’s that Israel carried out on suspected Syrian Nuclear facilities. Syria is suspected of receiving nuclear technology from North Korea.

Once again, this goes to show you how well the Clinton administration did with foreign policy. Negotiate with terrorists and terror countries, and this is what we get. When will people really understand that you cannot negotiate with terrorists or state sponsors of terrorism.

Yes, North Korea is finally giving up their nukes. Remember, in 1994, Clinton negotiated a treaty with North Korea. North Korea said that they would give up their nuclear weapons program, only if the U.S built them 2 nuclear reactors. So, we did. How far did that get us with North Korea giving up their weapons program? Not to far!

1994: North Korea and U.S. sign an agreement. North Korea pledges to freeze and eventually dismantle its nuclear weapons program in exchange for international aid to build two power-producing nuclear reactors.

They have been playing this game for over 13 years. Enough is enough!
