Reports have been circulating since yesterday that N. Korea has agreed to many of the US demands in order to be removed from the “terror nation” list, thus removing trade and other sanctions.

While the Bush Administration has not yet confirmed any of these reports, many of which derive from N. Korea, it seems that Secretary Rice and her staff have made incredible progress with the DPRK. Progress that no previous administration has been able to accomplish!

Now, its wait and see….will N. Korea finally step up to the plate?

Optimism is not a word that is generally used in the same sentence with N. Korea.
