Hazelton PA judge gives more rights to illegals than to US citizens
July 31, 2007
Check out this interview about the judge in the Hazelton Pennsylvania illegal immigrant case. He allowed the plaintiffs in the case to sue the city of Hazleton without revealing their identities. He gave more rights to these “unamed” accusers than what is granted to a United States citizen that is clearly given in the 6th Amendment under the Confrontation Clause:
The defense, under the Sixth Amendment, must have an opportunity to “confront” and cross-examine witnesses.
Obviously, this activist judge has thrown out the Constitution and has decided to make his own laws!

Joke for Today - Hillary
July 31, 2007
A man walked into a very high-tech bar. As he sat down on a stool he noticed that the bartender was a robot. The robot clicked to attention and asked, “Sir, what will you have?” The man thought a moment then replied? “A martini please.”
The robot clicked a couple of times and mixed the best martini the man had ever had.
The robot then asked, “Sir, what is your IQ?” The man answered “Oh, about 164.” The robot then proceeded to discuss the ‘theory of relativity’, inter-stellar space travel’, the latest medical breakthroughs, etc…
The man was most impressed. He left the bar but thought he would try a different tact. He returned and took a seat. Again the robot clicked and asked what he would have? “A martini please.”
Again it was superb. The robot again asked “What is your IQ sir?”
This time the man answered , “Oh about 120.” So the robot started discussing NASCAR racing, the latest basketball scores, and what to expect the Dodgers to do this week end.
The guy had to try it one more time. So he left, returned and took a stool…. Again a martini, and the question, “What is your IQ?” This time the man drawled out ” Uh….. Bout 50″.
The robot clicked then leaned close and very slowly asked,
“A-R-e… Y-O-U-R… P-e-O-p-l-e. G-O-I-n-G… T-O…. N-O-m-I-n-a-t-e… H-I-l-l-a-R-y-”?????
Thanks to KJM for this joke.

Newt Gingrich - Tells it Like it is!
July 30, 2007
Newt is libNOT.com’s first choice to be our next President. His intellectual honesty, approach to complex foreign affairs issues and his understanding of US and world politics is beyond compare - although many say that he is not electable….we can still hope that he’ll run and win.
This is a must see video.

Why did Beauchamp even enlist?
July 28, 2007
Great discussion regarding Private Beauchamp and the incredible email allegations of brutality that has he accused U.S forces of when fighting with his “buddies” in Iraq. Great points are suggested in the accompanying video in relation to his motives and why he wasn’t writing about the many good things that we are doing over there.
Beauchamp is a disgrace and embarrassment to the uniform that he wears. Perhaps we’ll see (Mr.) Beauchamp marching with Cindy Sheehan in the near future.

Aww….Michael Moore breaks my heart!
July 28, 2007
Poor poor Michael Moore. He breaks the law and he gets a subpoena. I know he thinks he’s above the law but, unfortunately for him, he’s really not!
He’ll claim that he was just helping the poor sick “workers”.
“help these workers and the other workers who need help.”
Whenever he says the word “workers”, doesn’t it sound like the old days when Stalin or Lenin would say the word “worker?” As in socialism and communism.
Just a thought…

Video: Angry Birds Attack an Owl (kinda like the American people pecking at our elected officials)
July 28, 2007
This video reminds libNOT.com of the recent uproar over the Immigration Bill and the American public’s anger over the inaction of our elected officials to act in our best interests. When we pecked and hit them over the head enough…they finally listened.

Judge Overturns Pennsylvania City’s Illegal Immigrant Ordinance
July 28, 2007
By Randy Hall

July 27, 2007
The mayor of a Pennsylvania city has vowed to appeal a federal judge’s ruling striking down a law that would fine landlords who rent to illegal aliens and deny permits to businesses that employ them.
“Federal law prohibits Hazelton from enforcing any of the provisions” of the Illegal Immigration Relief Act, U.S. District Judge James Munley wrote in his 206-page ruling on Thursday.
“Whatever frustrations officials of the city of Hazleton may feel about the current state of federal immigration enforcement, the nature of the political system in the United States prohibits the city from enacting ordinances that disrupt a carefully drawn federal statutory scheme,” Munley stated.
“Even if federal law did not conflict with Hazleton’s measures, the city could not enact an ordinance that violates rights the Constitution guarantees to every person in the United States, whether legal resident or not,” he said.
“We cannot say clearly enough that persons who enter this country without legal authorization are not stripped immediately of all their rights because of this single act,” the judge added.
Judge Munley, appointed by former President Clinton is a window into the soul of liberal, activist judges that do not interpret the law, but create it! A new President Hillary would appoint similar, but likely more extremist judges to the bench if/when we have the misfortune of her election.
The entire article can be found HERE. Hazleton Mayor Louis Barletta is to be praised for his guts and determination to see this case through to (possibly) the US Supreme Court. LibNOT.com is hopeful that the intestinal fortitude displayed by Mayor Barletta is infectious to other weak-kneed politicians!

U.S. Outfitting B-2’s with Monster Bunker Buster Bombs - Iran May Be Target
July 28, 2007
NewsMax.com Wires
Friday, July 27, 2007
The U.S. is retrofitting its B-2 Stealth bombers with massive bunker-buster bombs - a move that could be a prelude to an attack on Iran and its nuclear facilities.
Iran has refused to comply with international demands that it stop its nuclear weapons programs.
Experts have noted that a U.S. or Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear program could be difficult due to the large number of installations - some of which are buried deep underground in hardened bunkers.

The BIG lie: John Kerry on fleeing Iraq
July 27, 2007
More from The Patriot Post:
Our old friend John Kerry made it back into the news this week with his usual verbal antics, stemming from his “seared” memory. Arguing for American defeat in Iraq, Kerry said, “We heard that argument over and over again about the bloodbath that would engulf the entire Southeast Asia, and it didn’t happen” (emphasis added). He claimed also that American presence in Iraq only makes the situation worse every day.
Libnot.com continues to be offended by the revisionist’s assault (like Mr. Kerry) on World and American history. The liberals participation in causing untold death, hardship and destruction in Southeast Asia after our departure on April 30, 1975 is documented everywhere except in Mr. Kerry’s famous “seared” memory.
Oh, and by the way….we did not lose that stinking war!! Please click on “more” below to read the entire article.
